We definitely didn’t load up for Indy with any intention of adding a red boar last weekend, but when Third Wheel hit the ring plans abruptly changed. Chad Martin’s entry eventually went on to become the Champion Duroc Boar at the 2020 Midwestern and the rest is history! Third Wheel joins our already potent red boar line up and becomes one of three tremendous options out of the late Maximus boars that we have to offer. All three of them bring something a little different and this guy is easily the barrow sire of the bunch. He combines an awesome look and presence with muscle and stoutness and can handle it. He’s also a full brother the the Joostberns $49,000 boar from Des Moines in July and a mate to the Grand Breeding Gilt at the Kentucky State Fair.... being late to the party isn’t always a bad thing!
